It would be beneficial to install reusable components for the development of guideline implementation applications, since they involve common processes that can be reused from system to system.
To fulfill these needs, we have designed a high-level, conceptual object-oriented framework based on information management services. In software engineering, a framework is a skeletal structure that serves as the basis for the construction of applications for a specific domain.
